With the arrival of our new luxury glamping pods, you can holiday in style and comfort right on the doorstep of Leos Tavern, Donegal’s most famous musical pub.
The new glamping pods at Meenaleck are exceptionally cosy and sleep up to four people per pod throughout the year.
Situated in the heart of the Rosses in the Donegal Gaeltacht, Braon den Nádúr is an ideal venue for a family holiday. It is the perfect base for quiet escapes in the countryside – yet only a short hop from the coast and beautiful sandy beaches.
Glamping is now extremely popular amongst camping hobbyists and provides a contemporary, comfortable style of camping for families and people to enjoy of all ages.

Glamping Pods
Our Glamping Pods offer guests a cosy, comfortable glamping experience where you can enjoy the feeling of being close to the wilderness, whilst also enjoying your home comforts. These pods are warm and cosy inside, sleep 4 (doubled bed and a pull out sofa doubled bed) and are suitable for both couples and families

You’re just minutes from the popular Carrickfinn beach near Donegal Airport. There are a number of must-visit locations and top family attractions a short distance away from Meenaleck. County Donegal is made for exploring and our central location means you can see all that the Gaeltacht has to offer without having to venture too far.
Breathtaking beaches, spectacular seascapes and epic scenery….There’s so much to see and do nearby that you’ll simply have to come back again and again.
Our peaceful glamping site is perfect for quiet, relaxing stays – but adventure is always close by if the temptation proves too great! Explore the iconic Errigal mountain, Dunlewey Centre, Glenveagh National Park, Errigal Farm Pet Zoo, The Crolly Distillery, Nature walks and a number of beautiful sandy beaches and catch some waves – the choice is yours!
For days out, you really will be spoiled for choice. From the must-visit destinations of Gaoth Dobhair, Falcarragh, Dungloe, Dunfanaghy all withing a shot journey away there really is something for everyone in Donegal. The best part is that it’s all within easy reach from Meenaleck.

This quaint little bar with a cosy open fire provides a warm welcome where you will meet lots of locals and always the chance of traditional music.
Leo's Tavern is renowned for its music being the family home of world famous musical talents Enya, Clannad and Moya Brennan. Leo’s is famous worldwide for its musical heritage and unique lively music nights. There’s always something going on at Leo's Tavern so drop in for some lovely food and a great nights entertainment. Best stay I've had in Donegal! The pods are clean, comfortable, warm, and close to everything! Right next to Leo's tavern (fantastic food and live music) we were able to see all the sights nearby in Bunbeg and Dunfanaghy (hosts gave us some wonderful tips of places to see). The pods come with a fridge, kettle, microwave which meant we were set up for our three night stay (the plugs with USB ports next to the bed were so handy)! The bed was large enough for myself and my partner to sleep very comfortably and we were able to have a lovely hot shower morning or night! I have stayed in AirBnB's in the area before along with some hotels and this stay was the best by far; I look forward to booking again in the near future.

WOW ...stayed at this AMAZING glamping park in west Donegal. These pods are just the last word! The location beside Leo's Tavern (home of Clannad and Eyna) is just ideal for visitors and the food here is just exceptional. Tessie's charming and quaint pub is also just across the road and there is plenty of walking trails along the river for those more active! These pods are evidently new, absolutely spotless and situated in a quiet woodland setting in harmony with nature. Also noticeable is just the shear space allocated to each pod - making them private and unobtrusive to each other. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a break in Donegal... can't wait to visit again!!

Stayed at Meenaleck Glamping for a girly night away. We had the best night here. The Pods were spacious, extremely clean and had everything you need in them even a coffee machine as I love My ☕️. The host was so friendly and clearly pays attention to detail. We had food and drinks in Leo's traven which is beside the pods. Food was delicious and a great nights crack.I will definitely be back here for another weekend. Would highly recommend 👌

Would highly recommend these pods to everyone! Just stayed at the weekend and really enjoyed. The host has a real good attention to detail with everything finished to a high standard! Beds were very comfortable and pods are more spacious than I thought! Grounds very nice and based in such a nice place so relaxing. We also went to Leo's for our dinner which was absolutely great and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. For anyone wanting a gey away this is a place not to be missed! Will definitely be back again. Thank You again 😊

We had the nicest stay at the Meenaleck Glamping pods. The pods were so cosy, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Every little detail was thought off. The perfect get away for our girls weekend. We had a meal in Leo's Tavern which was a very short walk from the pods. The food was delicious with lots of choice. I will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you.
